3D Stock Shots is the only file footage company in the world that's  dedicated solely too stereoscopic (3D) video.

We've been archiving 3D footage for over a decade...

For over ten years, 3D STOCK SHOTS, the stock and file footage division of Stereomedia, has provided clients with a wide selection high quality 3D (stereoscopic) stock footage for use in a variety of presentation applications. In addition to creating most of the footage ourselves, the company also represents footage from 3D film and 3D videomakers from all over the world. This enables us to offer you the world's largest collection of Stereo3D video images ever assembled.

If the precise shot you want is not in our inventory, we'll try to find it or shoot it for you. Our Stereo3D camera crews are always ready and in most cases, can shoot that exact image you need and deliver it as fast as a standard library order- sometimes at almost the same cost.

Our research consultants will help you fulfill your creative vision. After scanning our libraries for the subject or shot you request, they can often recommend additional images to suit your needs. 3D STOCK SHOTS can have a Stereo3D or "flat" version of any shot to you by Internet, and 3D video selections can be on your desk the next morning, or sooner.

We can shoot to your script...
We also create our own images for you, on broadcast grade video or film. If you can envision it, chances are we can provide it. This way you won't have to go to the trouble, expense or uncertany of shooting it yourself. We will find a suitable location, submit Polaroids for your approval, and shoot to your specifications--in most cases, all in less than one week. Due to the many variables involved in production costs, it is necessary to quote prices on a per project basis.
Real-time Animation...
Our real-time animation system allows the panning & scanning photography of 3D still photos and slides. Editing, audio sweetening, music selection and other services are available upon request.
RotoMotion 3D...
This is a simulated stereo that we've developed to "convert" certain scenes in pre-existing 2D (monoscopic) films and videos into Stereo3D. These scenes must have certain characteristics for the RotoMotion Process to be effective.

Three stereoscopic formats to choose from...

  • Discreet (separate right and left-eye)
  • Field-sequential (odd and even fields)
  • RotoMotion3D (simulated 3D)
Every month new images and new categories are added to our library...
  • Stereo3D Still images are also available.
  • If any shot you choose has talent, we can handle the clearances for you; no post-production surprises.
  • We have images in any format you require: Film, Betacam, DV, you name it.
Please call us to discuss the advantages of StereoMedia's Stereo3D production services.
